Upon graduating, he worked for TRCA, Inc. in Denton, Texas as a Sr. Account Executive, where he was personally mentored by the company’s CEO. It was in this capacity that Carl learned the invaluable life skills of account management and customer relations.
However, Lady Law beckoned, and in 2013, Carl moved his family to Detroit, Michigan to attend law school at Western Michigan Cooley Law, where he managed to balance a full-time class schedule with a full-time job at a nationwide real property firm. After earning his J.D., Carl accepted a position as an Associate Attorney with a family law firm in the State of Washington. But, like all good Texans, Carl came to the inevitable realization that he simply couldn’t be happy anywhere but Texas. Carl moved back home to Houston and spent the next several months working as a Title Reviewer for Shapiro Schwartz until it was time to take the Texas Bar Exam. In early 2019, Carl became the newest Associate to join the RLO team.
Carl lives with his wife, Minou, and their dog Mickey, and vows to never leave Texas again.
